ما هي مدة شحن الأوردر؟ 
بعد إتمام عملية الشراء من موقعنا الالكتروني يتم الاتصال بكم عن طريق ممثلي قسم المبيعات لتأكيد الأوردر هاتفيا خلال يومين في مواعيد مختلفة و سيتم الغاء الاوردر في حالة عدم الرد ، ويصل الأوردر بعد الاتصال من يوم لأربعة ايام عمل .

 ملحوظة : حسب سياسه شركة الشحن لا يتم السماح بفتح الاوردر و ذلك حرصا علي سلامه المنتجات من التلف .

سياسه الاستبدال و الاسترجاع

كيفية عمل المرتجع أو الاستبدال :

• -  يجب أن تكون القطع علي حالتها الأصلية بنفس الحالة المستلم بها ومعها الفاتورة.
• - يتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن في حالة عمل المرتجع عن طريق المندوب في حالة عدم وجود ديفوه .
• - تتحمل شركة استرييت ويير مصاريف الشحن في حالة وجود ديفوه إذا كانت القطعة الوحيدة في الأوردر ولا تتحمل مصاريف الشحن في حالة وجود قطع أخري سليمة، في حالة المرتجع وتتحمل مصاريف شحن إرسال القطعة مرة اخري.
• - في حالة عمل المرتجع عن طريق أحد الفروع يتم استرداد المبلغ كاملًا من الفرع بعد التأكد من سلامة القطعة
• - في حالة المرتجع عن طريق المندوب يتم إرسال المندوب وعند وصول القطعة إلينا يتم فحصها والتأكد بأنها علي حالتها الأصلية المرسلة بها وذلك خلال 5-7 ايام عمل وبعدها يتم التواصل مع العميل لتحويل المبلغ فودافون كاش.
• - لعمل المرتجع في الحالتين يتم الإبلاغ عن طريق الواتس آب ويتم التأكيد مع العميل قبل إرسال المندوب أو الذهاب إلى الفرع.

وفقًا لسياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال الخاصة بنا، لا يمكن إرجاع أو استرداد المنتجات في الحالات التالية لضمان السلامة لعملاء استرييت ويير :

• - المنتجات التي تعرضت للكي أو الغسيل، وأيضاً المنتجات التي تعرضت للتلف ولم تكن بحالتها الأصلية والأحذية بدون عبوتها الأصلية.
• - المنتجات التي تم إزالة بطاقة السعر أو العلامة التجارية منها.
• -  ملابس البحر، الكاب،  الساعات، الإكسسوار، المحافظ  والشرابات.
• - لن يتم قبول المرتجعات التي تخطت الـ 14 يومًا من تاريخ التسليم.

ملحوظة : في عروض الاوتفيت لا يسمح باسترجاع قطعة من الاوتفيت ، يتم استرجاع العرض بالكامل .

 What is the delivery time for the order?

After completing the purchase from our website, our sales representatives will contact you within two days to confirm your order via phone at different times. If there is no response, the order will be canceled. The order will be delivered within one to four working days after the call.

Note: According to the shipping company's policy, orders cannot be opened to ensure the safety of the products from damage.

Return and Exchange Policy:

How to make a return or exchange:

- The items must be in their original condition, with the same condition as received, and with the invoice.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping fees in case of return through the representative if there is no defect.
- Streetwear company will bear the shipping fees if there is a defect and the item is the only one in the order. Streetwear company will not bear the shipping fees if there are other items in good condition. In case of return, the shipping fees for sending the item again will be borne by the customer.

-In case of return through the branch, the full amount will be refunded from the branch after including the integrity of the piece.

- Returns through the representative: The representative will be sent, and upon the arrival of the item to us, it will be inspected to ensure that it is in its original condition as sent. This process takes 5-7 working days, and the amount will be transferred via Vodafone Cash.
- In both cases, the return will be notified via WhatsApp, and confirmation will be made with the customer before sending the representative or going to the branch.

According to our return and exchange policy, the following cases cannot be returned or refunded to ensure the safety of our customers:

- Products that have been ironed or washed, as well as products that have been damaged and are not in their original condition, and shoes without their original packaging.
- Products with removed price tags or brand labels.
- Swimwear, caps, watches, accessories, wallets, and ties.
- Returns that exceed 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Note: Outfit offers are not eligible for partial returns. The entire outfit must be returned in order to receive a refund.
